Crazy Card Party-- Monogram

This week over at Crazy Card Party, Kathryn chose the monogram theme. This one stumped me for a bit since I don't have any nice big alphabet stamps. So I die cut a letter "K" and then glittered it up (just for you Kathryn!).

This is a birthday card for my sister-in-law Kathy.

I hope you play along with us this week. Be sure to check out the monogrammed creations by the Party-Ers over at Crazy Card Party!

Crazy Card Party--Spring Flowers!

This week at Crazy Card Party Rosanne is looking for Spring Flowers. Hopefully that will urge spring to push away this never ending winter!

I decided to use my MFT Peaceful Wildflowers set. I just love the different flowers and the lovely sentiments.

I heat embossed two of the flowers and highlighted the sentiment with some embossed lines.

I hope you play along with us...we need all the spring flowers we can get! And be sure to head over to Crazy Card Party to see what beautiful flowers the Party-Ers have blooming on their blogs!

Crazy Card Party--Embossing

This week at Crazy Card Party Regan is asking us to heat or dry emboss. Easy...I love both!

This was a great excuse to use an embossing folder I had never tried before...

And a great excuse to use my PTI Pedal Pusher set...it stamps so beautifully!

Head on over to Crazy Card Party to play along and see what embossing wonders the Party-Ers have created this week!

Crazy Card Party-- Male birthday card

OK, so full disclosure...I hate making male themed cards...I don't know why...they just stump me usually. So this week at Crazy Card Party Dee is torturing us...I mean inspiring us to make a male themed birthday card. So I decided to just go straight to the source. I asked my hubby what he would like to see on his birthday card. He said sports or something he likes like a hobby or travel.

So that made it much easier! His birthday is actually on March Break and we will be away travelling...so this is what I came up with...

Thanks Dee...I guess I needed a kick in the butt!

I hope you play along with us this week. Head over to Crazy Card Party to see what masterpieces the Card Party-Ers came up with!
